Tough Mudder spirit.

Whether you're tackling the muddy obstacles, scaling new heights, or conquering fears, the women of Mudder Nation continue to break through barriers daily, on and off the course.

Less than 2 months to our season opener and we can't contain our excitement. With elevation gains of up to 551 metres, it’s not for the faint-hearted (or weak quads). You'll face steep hills, dense woodlands, and muddy ditches on one of our most challenging courses around.

As one of the biggest events on the calendar, we're expecting more than 15,000 Mudders, and tickets are selling out fast.

Brand new for 2025, Kids by Spartan is coming to all UK Tough Mudder events. We’ve teamed up with Spartan to bring more obstacles, varying distances, and plenty of mud to our kids' course. Kids can tackle 1km, 1.5km, or 3km courses packed with ropes, mud, water, and spears (harmless, we promise), designed for ages 4-14.

Every finisher gets a t-shirt, medal, and headband.
